There is not a lot you can do. It is strictly based on heat and it needs to cool down in order to operate. We had at coffee shops that I ran the same problem. Unfortunately it always happens when you are busiest. You may want to consider getting grinders that have a fan in them. The problem is you are busy, which is a great problem to have. Unfortunately you are to busy for your grinders as they get to hot. I would look at a grinder like the Ceado E 10 grinder as it has a fan in it to make sure you it does not overheat. There is really not a lot you can do to make sure the Jolly does not overheat if you get really busy.

Good question. They are both good grinders the Jolly is better. It is also much larger as well as more expensive. I think most home users are very satisfied with the mini. I like it a lot and I do think you should consider it mostly beacuse of the size as well as the durability. I hope this helps and thanks for the question.

Michael Rosso ♦ Wm...I am sorry to say that there is not a shorter hopper for this grinder. The shorter hopper for the other Mazzer grinders does not work with this grinder. Thanks.
