Whole Latte Love Staff I am assuming that you want a nice robust espresso and this is how I would program the machine to do it. Set the poweder quantity of the lower left button all the way to the + sign which is around 15 gram. Then program it to dispense 2 ounce of coffee. Set the grinder dial about one click finner than the middle setting. Now that the machine is set up you won’t want to change the powerder quantity or the liquied quantity. The ony setting you would change is the grind. If you use a oily coffee change it a couple of click to coarser. If you are using a dry coffee you can change it a click or two finner. ALWAYS make sure that the grinder is operating when you change the setting or it may damage the grinder.
