Dalla Corte Mini Semi-Automatic Espresso Machine
I have brewed shots on my Rancilio Silvia for the last 4 years. I would like to purchase a new machine that delivers more consistent temperature during the course of pulling a shot, that re-heats more quickly after pulling a shot, and that runs a little more quietly than the rattle-prone Silvia. Does the Dalla Corte do all this? Thanks,

The Dalla Corte is one of my favorite machines. It will brew a extremely consistent shot and a is an amazing steamer. It will be somewhat quieter than what you have now. The double boiler syste will deliver shot after shot at the same temperature. It paired with a great grinder will give you shots as good as you will get anywhere. It also allow you to steam milk effortlessly if you have a some guests. Please let me know of any questions you may have.
