mjackson ♦ mark,
It needs to be purchased within that time frame. You just have to have a receipt showing purchase within that time period. They give you additional time to respond and mail it in.
I am looking at the DeLongi EC 702 vs the Gaggia Revolution.I noticed the DeLongi has a stainless steel boiler and the Gaggia has an Aluminum boiler. Is one a better option than the other .I am trying to decide which one to buy,

A A Mike, Both of the machines work very well to make a quick and easy at home drink. I know there are a lot of people concerned with Aluminum contacting water, but there is no risk with these machines. Both of them heat up very quick will perform well for you.
Hi, I noticed in the video that the shot came out really slowly, which will cause a burnt shot of espresso. Is it possible to regulate the flow in this machine? Also, is it possible to steam the milk while you pull your shots? Seriously, had I not seem the video and realized the shot was coming out like that I would have bought it right away. I understand you need a proper grind for espresso, but I still would like to be able to calibrate it and steam the milk while pulling the shot, it is ideal

mjackson ♦ Carmen,
This is a good machine you actually want the shot to take about 25 seconds to brew. That is a normal time for a shot. It will not be over extracted. You can not brew and steam at the same time and you cant do that with a machine until you spend close to $ 1000. You can regulate the flow by making your grind coarser or finer. For the money this machien actually works very well. I think you will be happy with it.
mjackson ♦ Kasey,
It is a home machine and is made for normal home use. I would not use it for a business. If that is what you are thinking you can make a drink every 3 minutes or so. It is meant for up to lets say 10-15 drinks a day with small sized drinks. Please call us if you are needing a machine for a business and we can make some suggestions.
Isn't this machine:
the Delonghi Ec702

the same as this one: http://www.wholelattelove.com/searchresults.cfm
and eligible for a price match?

It is the same machine. We can of course match the price and give us a call if you have any questions. It is a great machine for the money.

What is the wattage of the espresso maker? How reliable is the DeLonghi EC702 compared to other espresso makers? Does it have a device to introduce air while steaming milk?

mjackson ♦ Cheryl,
I am sorry we don't have that and you will need to call Delonghi. 1-800-322-3848 and they will be able to help.
I own a Gaggia Evolution for which I grind fresh espresso beans. Now, I'm buying a 2nd machine for our vacation home and I plan to use ESE pods exclusively. Would I be better off with the DeLonghi EC702 or with another Gaggia? Or would you recommend another machine that's especially good with ESE pods?
Thanks,

mjackson ♦ Shay,
I would get the Gaggia since you are familiar with the Gaggia I would go that route. Buy the pod only basket to make it work the best. I think you will hapiest with the Gaggia.

mjackson ♦ Mike,
Yes if you call Delonghi direct at 1-800-322-3848 they will be glad to help.
