mjackson ♦ No difference in product. You can call in and we can give you a better price if you order a case of 6. We look forward to hearing from you .
Michael Rosso ♦ Walid Abu-Ghazaleh...Thank you for the great question you posted on our Super Wall. Urnex Cleancaf would be a great choice for descaling the Gaggia Brera or any another espresso machine (prosumer machines excluded. Thanks.
For my Gaggia Platnium Vision Plus do I need to use both the Cleancaf and the Cafiza cleaner tablets?

Michael Rosso ♦ Sam...Thank you for your question. You will want to use the Urnex Cleancaf for desacling your Gaggia Platnium Vision. Urnex Cafiza is for backflushing Semi Automatic espresso machines. Thanks.
mjackson ♦ Marie,
Unfortunately you cant. The product you selected is for descaling a machine. The Jura tablets have been designed and are properly sized for you Jura. It is a specific product and it is really what you should use. It does a great job and will keep your machine running great.
Is this the appropriate stuff to use on my gaggia classic? just bought the machine and want to take good care of it. Thanks

mjackson ♦ Victoris,
It is the correct product to use. You can also use Dezcal or Durgol as cleaning solutions as well.
I see this is the cleaner recommended for Gaggia machines (I have a very reliable Gaggia Coffee). I just bought some cleaner for automatic drip coffee makers by Whink. Is Cleancaf especially formulated to work best in my machine, or will the Whink cleaner suffice? Is there a chance that a "drip" cleaner will harm an espresso maker?

mjackson ♦ James,
I am not sure about Whink. I do know that Cleancaf will work and is formulated to not harm your machine. It is citric acid based. I would make sure the other one is before using it. I cant recommend the other, because I don't know enough about it.
mjackson ♦ Susan,
The Cleancaf will work well and is certainly cost effective. You may also want to consider the Durgol as it is a liquid and is very easy to use. The Cleancaf is a powder and you need to be sure to dissolve it completely for it to work and it be effective.
Do these work in the place of the Jura descaling tablets for the Jura S9 superautomatic? If so, how many tablets does it use in one descaling treatment? I'm trying to compare apples to apples.
Thanks very much.

Michael Rosso ♦ Rebecca...The Jura cleaning tablets have been designed specifically by Jura for use in their machines. I do not know how well cleancaf will work in their machines. Thanks
I have a Jura ENA4 and it says to use only the JURA decalcifying tablets to avoid damage to the machine. I have several boxes of the Urnex Cleancaf left over from the machine I replaced, can I use it without fear or do I just need to throw it away?

Michael Rosso ♦ Trevor... Jura has designed their own cleaning and descaling tablets just for their machines. I am not sure how well Cleancaf would work with their espresso machines. Thanks

mjackson ♦ Marina,
That actually is the product I would suggest using. It will work very well just follow the directions.
