I have a Saeco Royal Coffee Bar espresso machine. Recently it has been giving me the 'ventilate' message quite often. I am making sure to keep it very clean, but despite descaling it started giving this error so often that I cannot use the machine.
Now, ever since the last time I took out the brew unit to make sure it was clean, it's gone from telling me 'ventilate' to 'brew unit missing'.
Is this a problem I can work through myself, or will I need to send my machine in to a professional?
I use this machine for decaf espresso in my small coffee shop.
Saeco Royal Digital Plus makes one espresso then stops.
Makes one espresso just fine but then does not allow to make another one.
Can you tell at what very moment should I press the size button I want to reprogram for the amount of brewed coffe I want for every size? I press the button when the coffe is being dispensed and it stops the dispensing and finish the cycle.
Thanks!

Hi! I am a new user of the Saeco Royal Coffe Bar. I want to adjust the amount of served coffe for every serving size, but can not locate this adjustment in the programing menu. Same for the Cappuchinator.
Can you tell me how to make this?
My Saeco Royal Coffee Bar has been making loud clicking noises after grinding the coffee. At this point it dumps the grounds without any water coming out. I turned the amount of coffee down so that only about half the usual amount is used, and it works occassionally, otherwise it makes a sound like it's trying to compress the coffee, but then starts the loud tapping/clicking sound and again spits out the coffee. I've had it looked at and cleaned recently, but it still acts as if there is too much coffee to be compressed. If I use preground coffee, I can use a little over half the amount and then it will work, but the espresso is weak. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping that a gear or something is skipping that can be replaced.
Thanks!
My Saeco Royal coffeebar tells me to Ventilate every time I attempt to pull a shot or do a rinsing cycle. Is there anything I can do or is this a problem that requires me to send it to a technician?

What is the difference between the commercial Saeco Royal Coffee Bar and the noncommercial unit
I would like to purchase the Saeco Royal Coffee Bar,but want to plumb it (that is why I chose this particular machine over the rest). How is it plumbed? Do you have to purchase a special kit in order to plumb it. We have two copper water lines available that we could tap into (refrig and dishwasher). Can you do it or would a plumber have to come in (is it really complicated?? Please answer quickly as I would love to purchase this machine while it is on sale at the $1200-plus price. Thanks. What does it mean when the coffee really struggle to come out and you have already cleaned the brewing unit, grinder, and have descaled the machine regularly?
The dredge is also very fine and wet and a there is a lot of water than accumulates in the drip tray.
The unit I have is the Royal Digital Plus.
Thanks for your time! I am having major coffee withdrawal!

My brother-in-law is opening a small coffee shop in Petra, Jordan and is interested in serving American coffee. Do you or can you ship to Jordan? He is interested in the Commercial Saeco Royal Coffee Bar Espresso Machine.
Thank you,
