J Martinez Estate Medium Roast Coffee Sampler
Are these beans, or ground coffee? If ground, do you have this in whole beans? Also, I realize dark roasted is at a higher temp, with the center seam gone, but what is the difference in flavor, between the Medium Roast and the Dark Roast?

mjackson ♦ I prefer the medium roasts with these coffees. It allows you to be able to pick up the subtle flavors of thing s like fruit, berries, chocolate and these flavors are more pronounced. With a dark coffee those flavors may get hidden by the overpowering taste of a darker roast. It will taste stronger and some people may like that strong taste as opposed to a mellower perhaps floral taste. I hope this helps.
