Nespresso CitiZ in Frosted Aluminum
The reviews I have read are all over the map. Twice the unit was given a 1/5 and once a 5/5. What is the story on it's reliability?

Nespresso CitiZ in Frosted Aluminum
I just purchased an Nespresso at William-Sanoma today (6-18-11)...Do I quallify for the 50 dollar rebate?....If so, how would I go about requesting it since today is the last day of the offer..I cannot find on your site how I go about requesting it....thank you...Bob

You need to call Nespresso and sign up to be part of the Nespresso club. Then you can go ahead and turn in you rebate and they can help you do that. Call 1-800-562-1465.Thanks for thinking of us.

It is easy to use and gives you a good shot of espresso. There are many different capsules that offers a wide variety of roasts. The machine comes with a 1 year warranty through Nespresso.
