It could be a problem with the box that breaks out all the current. It takes the 220 line and breaks it down to where it goes to the 110 elements such as your cup heater. It is that or perhaps a loose connection. You need to get a technician with electrical knowledge and tools to test. If you want to email me I can recommend a Technician close to you.
