Nespresso Citiz & Aeroccino Plus in Silver Chrome

Hello: Does this Nespresso Citiz $ Aerocinno Plus come with any coffee pods? If so, how many? Can I take advantage of the extra 10% off on regular price items? If I want to order additional coffee pods by Nespresso, can I get these from you, or do I have to purchase from Nespresso directly? Thank you for your help. Jane Nathan

mjackson ♦ Jane,

It does come with a starter kit of 18 pods. You can use the 10% discount on this item. Unfortunately you can only order the capsules from Nespresso. They do have many to choose from and I am sure you will find one you like in the starter kit of coffee that comes with the machine. I hope this helps and have a great day.

Hi,
Can you advise the voltage of this machine? I moved to Singapore now and the voltage here is 220. Is this machine 110~220? If not, is there an option for a 220V?

Thanks,
John

mjackson ♦ John,

I am sorry the machines for the US we sell are all in 110. They do not make a machine that can switch back and forth between 220. You can use a converter but I would not recommend it. The reason is that the hertz will be different. The electronics on your machine when using a converter may go bad beacuse you are using a different hertz when using the 220 power. You may be able to buy a converter that converts the Hertz as well. I think they may be available but I am not sure.

what is the difference between the Citiz with the wide base and the one without?

mjackson ♦ The base is made as a complete unit, the brewer, the frother and the base are all one unity with one plug. If bought separately you would have two plugs and two separate units.

mjackson ♦ Carol,

The only way to do double shots is to use two capsules for a very strong double shot, or you can brew one and make it a long one. You can only buy the capsules from Nespresso directly or at one of the new boutiques they have.
