Outlet Pricing:
The Outlets prices are inclusive to on hand stock only. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All prior sales are excluded for price adjustments. Special sales and offers exclude all previously purchased merchandise.
Shipping Information:
Please note: All packages should be inspected thoroughly upon receipt, as all claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
· Packages are generally shipped within 24-48 hours (not including weekends or holidays).
· Some items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items will not receive an automated tracking number. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
· Shipping included on specified products is available in the contiguous US only. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, etc. will be subject to additional shipping charges.
· Only items weighing under 1lb can be shipped to a PO Box. Items weighing more than this must be shipped to a valid street address.
· Expedited Shipping:
- If you are ordering a machine that requires expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Air), please make sure you place your order before 12:00PM EST to help ensure that it ships the same day. We do our best to make sure all priority air packages are shipped the same day, however we cannot guarantee that any air shipments placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship that day. Please give us a call if you need a priority package shipped and you are ordering after 12:00PM EST and we will do our best to get it out the door.
- Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select shipping services are subject to FedEx or UPS policies.
- Saturday delivery is only available for FedEx Express or UPS Next Day Air and must be specified at the time of ordering. No expedited shipments are delivered on Saturdays unless otherwise specified.
- "In Transit" times provided by FedEx and UPS are based on business days and do not include Saturdays or Sundays
Merchandise Returns:
Returns on Outlet items will be gladly accepted within 15 days from the date you receive the merchandise. Assuming all return guidelines are properly adhered to, you will be eligible for a full refund minus our shipping cost to you.
In order to return merchandise, you must be issued to a Return Authorization number by our Customer Service department. Machines will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number or without original packing. In order for this number to be issued, you must first call us at 888-411-5282 to have an email containing our Merchandise Return Guidelines sent to you. This email must be read and replied to, at which point your Return Authorization number will be supplied. Refunds will be issued after your returned merchandise has passed inspection at our location. If any merchandise is returned without an authorization number, you will be responsible for all associated costs.
Shipping Damage:
Please inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If you notice any damage from shipping, call us immediately at 888-411-5282 to report the damage and be sure that you DO NOT use the machine. Any claims related to shipping damage must be filed with us within 5 business days of having received the package. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, peanuts, etc.), as the carrier will come to inspect the package. You may also call the carrier directly if you choose.
