The espresso shot is luke-warm and it drips rather than pour our into the glass. The steam wand / water heats up good.

Sanfam ♦ If the shots aren't able to dispense from the brew spouts fast enough, you're most likely looking at making the grind a step or two more coarse. If water isn't able to pass through the coffee, the most common causes of a slow pull are either too fine a grind, or an inconsistent grind (due to old or worn burrs). A slow pull will also result in much cooler shots than normal due to the long time water spends inside of the machine while making its way to the spouts from the boiler. Bear in mind that it may take up to 3 full brew cycles to clear out any residual grounds after an adjustment is made. You may also want to consider fully rinsing the brew unit after these adjustments in case its filter screen is clogged in any way.
