Well, I have been brewing espressos for a few weeks now with my new Gaggia Classic (LOVE IT!!!!). I can officially report that I now prefer my home made latte over the big chain coffee stores (you know who I am talking about).

Question about cleaning. After each shot, I wipe down the portafilter and basket (once they cool) with a microfiber cloth. However, the spout and the little black piece that goes into the portafilter are next to impossible to wipe down--especially the insides. Should I be removing the spout somehow? Do I just rinse it in hot water?
