I have never got the 9-10 bar brew pressure indication on the brew pressure gauge,if I tamp harder in order to make it to be reached 9 bar,nothing will be pour out, is there somewhere leaking?

techkathy if your grounds are too fine or you are tamping too hard (or a combination of the 2 things) then nothing will come out of the portafilter. I would recommend making the grounds just a tiny bit coarser and experimenting with the tamp pressure you are using.
