Dear WholeLatteLove; I really love you guys, but please fix your member sign-in and your shopping cart. AFter I log in the first time I am frequently asked to log-in again. Tonight I tried 3 times to place an order, put items in my shopping cart, verified the shipping info, and then when I tried to check out I was told my cart was empty. I repeated this process 3 times and gave up. I ended up buying my espresso from a competitor site that alaways works well. Please, get your web staff on it.
