Update, I had 3 grinds from Wholefoods, all espresso Sierra. Grinds espresso 1, espresso 2 and Turkish. Espresso 1 was too coarse and resulted in thin espresso with almost no crema, grind 2 was much better but the espresso came out very slowly. I am guessing I got 3/4 of an ounce after 28 seconds. The Turkish grind was too fine and I shut the machine off after 10 seconds and only a couple drips. I re used the espresso grind 2 and packed it less "hard". This shot was good. I am guessing it was 1 1/2 to 2 ounces of thick coffee with great crema. I can't measure the quantity because I am using Demi cups so I can't actually see the shot just the crema. So far so good!
