I need help with my Rancilio Silvia espresso machine. My espresso machine is new. I make 2 cappuccino with my Rancilio, when i finished the cream steam knob stuck! not turn left or right. Please help i dont know what i do... Thanks!

Sanfam ♦ If the knob was opened really far, it might have hit a small "stop" at the end of its threading and feel like it is stuck. Don't fret! More often than not, simply giving it a quick and forceful "jolt" in the opposite direction will get it un-stuck and allow you to close it again.
