Bold Italian Design
Wrapped in polished AISI 304 stainless steel, the Galatea Domus sports a beautiful retro Italian look that makes it stand out among other prosumer espresso machines.
The Galatea Domus uses copper boiler and an E61 thermosyphon system to ensure temperature stability while brewing
Frothing and Hot Water
The Galatea Domus froths using a commercial style steam wand with a 4-hole tip. The machine can produce up to 45 seconds of constant steam before having to recover. On the opposite side of the machine the hot water wand can product hot water for drinks like tea, cocoa, and americanos.

on bezzera site, the wrote Galatea V2, what is difference between them, and which version is this
does rotatory allow more control of steam power, opening up gradually
how many turns from closed to fully open
which is easier to use, for home begginners
While the rotary control does technically allow a greater degree of flow control than the joysticks (as you can steadily increase the rate-of-flow from full-close to full-open by turning the knob), this doesn't tend to be useful in practice due to the short gap between full-open and full-closed. The joystick knobs tend to be preferred due to their convenience, as they can be operated while holding a cup, pitcher or portafilter using the side or back of your hands to knock the lever into the correct position.
All of that said, the practical differences aren't significant once the valve is fully opened.
1- 58 mm Espro Calibrated Tamper Convex Base does it fit the Porta filter
2- what is difference between it and bezzera Guilia, except external look, does the valves of steam and water make difference or advantage or just decoration
1-Yes, a 58 mm tamper will work with this machine.
2-They are essentially the same machine-just slightly different housing and look.
