Questions

Peter asked:

Not much detail on this listing!  My (2012/2013?) Baby Twin's steam knob is stripped, so it spins on the valve post. This looks like the same knob. Will it fit?

Answer by Sanfam:

To confirm, is it the steam knob that's stripped, or the valve itself?  You can test this by removing the knob (simply grip firmly and pull up-and-away from the body of the machine) and attempting to turn the post by hand--it shouldn't require much effort.  If the post spins freely, then it's probable that the valve has failed, or its stop-cam has come loose and may need to be repaired.

If you find that the knob is actually stripped, then this part is what you're looking for.  It fits "New Baby" models produced on and after 2006, including the Gaggia New Baby in Black, the Gaggia New Baby in Ivory, the Gaggia Baby Class, and the Gaggia Baby Twin.
