A A We had the Danesi Emerald as our coffee of the week here last week, and all loved it. Great intense flavor and very thick crema. The Gold is also very good, with a little bit of sweetness to it.

A A It's easy to think that a knock box isn't needed, but once you have one, you will never go back to knocking your puck into the garbage again! I am glad you are happy with the product - Rattleware makes some great accessories.

I love this tamper. I think of it as a tool for a science experiment. It makes sure you tamp the same way every time. It will help you in your consistency and will let you control one more factor. I have used them and wish we had them in the cafes I ran as it was amazing how differently everyone tamped. This really helps and I think you will love it.
Solid grinder and great performance for an entry level grinder. I find that there are enough grind settings to make very precise adjustments and they are consistent. Very happy with the purchase

A A I couldn't agree more, Ralph. We have a tray that our Vario sits on in the break room, and I was thinking about what I could put my MDF on at home, and then I came across this spiffy thing. I didn't even know we carried it until I went looking for one.
