Lavazza Espresso Point
My Espresso Point machine has stopped working and leaks water out of the bottom instead of dispensing coffee from the spout.
Where can I have the machine serviced?
I received it PURCHASED from you, but as a GIFT
I'm sure it's out of warranty.

It does have a warranty if you purchased within the last year. That warranty is covered by us. It is a limited warranty and if the machine has not been cared for properly it may not be covered. For an example if it is full of scale from hard water it will void the warranty. If it has been longer then that you can call Lavazza USA at 1-212-725-8800. Then can then direct to a repair shop. I hope this helps.
