My Gaggia Platinum Vision isn't working. The touch screen is flashing on/off with no message. All other controls are not responsive. Nothing in the manual. Hoping there's a reset somewhere? No power blips..

Mavea Intenza Water Filter for Gaggia and Saeco
So I'm up for a new filter for my Gaggia Platinum Vision and it appears the Aqua Prima filter isn't available. Suggested options?

The Aqua Prima is no longer available but we are using a better filter called the Mavea. It fits and works very well and is similarly priced. I will give you the link. http://www.wholelattelove.com/Gaggia/mavea_intenza.cfm. This will help protect your machine.

techkathy I would recommend sending the machine in for a repair. The flashing screen sounds like something electrical. Call customer service or technical support to set up a repair.
