So far I absolutely love our new Gaggia Brera machine. I do have one question. The machine defaults an espresso shot at 2 oz and a long shot at 8 oz. I tried to reprogram the long shot to greater than 8 oz but had no luck. Is this possible or can I only program volumes to less than 8oz?

You will need a 58 mm tamper. We have many to choose from.
