I live in ND with my daughter, and I have about 3 yrs combined experience as a barista, and love to make coffee drinks. Outside of that, I LOVE music (concerts, singing, etc.), and cheering ppl up. I enjoy ppl with a sense of humor, wit, and common sense about things.
I'm interested in both this, and the Breville XL espresso machines, but I'm wondering how the cleaning differs for each using the urnex? I've been a barista using a few diff types of machines, and with the Breville type I'm assuming I'd deposit the urnex into the group head and back flush? But how about with this model?

Kristen C With the Saeco Vienna Plus, you would mix the Urnex directly into your water tank and run the machine through descaling mode. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
