I set the amount of the 3 buttons by holding them on until I get the amount I want until its set to my new default amount. But after a couple cups, they no longer pour out the amount I set.

Kristen C You can reach out Technical Support Department at 1-888-411-5282 Option 3 and they would be happy to assist you with this.
The espresso shot is luke-warm and it drips rather than pour our into the glass. The steam wand / water heats up good.

Sanfam ♦ If the shots aren't able to dispense from the brew spouts fast enough, you're most likely looking at making the grind a step or two more coarse. If water isn't able to pass through the coffee, the most common causes of a slow pull are either too fine a grind, or an inconsistent grind (due to old or worn burrs). A slow pull will also result in much cooler shots than normal due to the long time water spends inside of the machine while making its way to the spouts from the boiler. Bear in mind that it may take up to 3 full brew cycles to clear out any residual grounds after an adjustment is made. You may also want to consider fully rinsing the brew unit after these adjustments in case its filter screen is clogged in any way.
What are the amounts on the 3 buttons (small coffee, medium, large). Is the small equal to a double shot espresso? How many ounces in each size?

Sanfam ♦ Typically speaking, the default programming on these buttons as seen on some of our new machines is is 1-1.5oz, 4oz, and 8oz for the small, medium, and large coffees. These buttons are each individually programmable and can be reset to whatever quantity you choose (up to approximately 12oz), bearing in mind that the machine will still only be grinding a between one shot and a shot-and-a-half worth of espresso per brew cycle.
