i just received my order for a gaggia grinder, a thermometer,and two- 2 way black pins of which there were only 1 inclosed. also the thermometer does not work, is there a difference between a meat thermometer and a frothing thermometer could i get some feed back on these items please. thanks j.l.

The frothing thermometer is designed with markings that relate to the frothing of milk, such as the generally accepted ideal temperature zone and the zone where milk begins to scald. Internally though, a thermometer that works is a thermometer that works.
