My Brera appears to have given up the ghost. Brewed three shots this morning and then it turned off. Unplugged it and plugged it back in and the on/off button glowed twice and then went dark. Just left it unplugged for several minutes and plugged it back in - no glowing light at all now. Reseated power cord, brew group etc but no effect. Any ideas? Might there be a (user serviceable) fuse that could perhaps be the culprit?

Purchased a refurbished Brera through you about six weeks ago and we absolutely love it. The descale icon is showing on the control panel and I note you don't stock the Gaggia solution for cleaning. Which ones would be safe to use in this machine? Thanks!

Great machine. Replaced a brief encounter with the Capresso CoffeeTeam thermal carafe which was a mistake. The Cusinart is a good improvement over the blade grinder version that preceded it.

techkathy Unfortunately the Brera does not have a user serviceable fuse. Call technical support to set up a repair. You can also log onto your account and set up a repair online.
