Gaggia Classic
Gaggia Classic

I am looking at either getting the Gaggia Classic or New Baby. I was wondering what advantages the Gaggia Classic has over the other one because of the price difference as they both seem to have the exact same specs except for the stainless steal housing construction. I generally make 2 double shots in the morning and one or two more later on during the day.

ToddS Internally the machines are very similar and even though the button look a little different it will operate the same way. The Classic has a full brushed stainless steel housing and the Baby is plastic. The water reservoir on the Baby is easier to access and as you can see has a different design. Either way you will have a well made machine that should last for many years.

Works great for stovetop espresso and a french press. Does not grind fine enough for my Gaggia Classic though.
