This is a great machine that my wife and I both use on a daily basis. We have used it for about six months now and it continues to perform at a high level - consistent grind quality. This machine was recommended to me by the Whole Latte Love staff and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality grinder in a reasonable price range.

As another reviewer noted, the knob on the grind timer falls off all the time. It is annoying, but does not affect the performance of the machine in any way.
