We've tried many of the Lavazza blends and we like the Top Class the best for overall flavor. Many of the cafés in Italy serve Lavazza coffee and of those cafés, most we spoke to serveTop Class blend as well. A waiter in Milan showed me how to make the best cappuccino. I purchased this Coffee for a new Gaggie Espresso machine and a little disappointed. It is not as dark as Starbucks "Dark Espresso" whole bean and not as strong or flavorful. I mix both and get a better flavor espresso. I expected a stronger cup of espresso from a coffee bean with the word espresso in the name. I have adjusted the grind but not much improvement. The Tierra is a medium dark blend that works great with milk based drinks. I would not recommend for straight espresso shots. ... read more

I'm very impressed with these pods. Profundo, like 80% chocolate, with staying power- still lingers after 25min. Delivers a solid kick with zero harsh, bitter, or sour- very glad I came across them. Its Good:) Makes a good cup of espresso/coffee. But It all depends on a persons taste buds and likes and dislikes. I say try them all to find what you like and love.
Lavazza Crema e Aroma is complex and smooth w/ sweet lingering back notes. Great crema is always a plus too. Good espresso and coffee,
