A Spot is your personal home page. Once you have signed up for an account, it's time to customize your Spot.
Start by introducing yourself to our social network! You'll also be able to add an avatar, tell everyone about products you own and the items you crave. Once you have an account, it's a whole new world out there....
You'll have the opportunity to create a profile, befriend fellow coffee lovers as well as post questions and comments throughout our site. Your Spot will include a Wall, Wish List, and Products I Own section, Friends' Updates, Fan Updates and so much more. Your Spot will also keep you up-to-date with the latest articles, blogs, videos, and contests throughout wholelattelove.com. So, go ahead and make your Spot a home!
Simply log in to your account. The icons on the left-hand side, below your avatar, will let you customize your Spot. If you are on your Spot page, click on the Edit Profile icon or click Edit my Spot, on the upper right hand corner of the Whole Latte Love header. While in the editing section, additional icons will appear to let you customize your Spot.

When you're logged in to your account, you can change your profile information by clicking on the Edit Profile icon located on the left-hand side of your Spot.
Here, you'll be able to make your Spot public or private by checking or un-checking the Share My Profile box. Sharing your profile will allow other users to have access to your Spot; they'll be able to post and comment to your Wall, as well as see your activities within the social network.
Want to be notified if another user sends you a Friend Request or posts on your Wall? Make sure you check the Email Notification for Posts box. We'll send an alert to the email address you provided whenever there's activity on your Spot.
If you want to get really creative, give your Wall a unique name by selecting one of the funny, wacky, and crazy monikers in the drop down menu as your Wall Title. Also, you'll be able to make changes to your:
Once you're finished making changes, be sure to click the "Update Information" button(s)!
You can review your Spot by clicking Preview My Public Spot; this will allow you to check out what other users will see when they visit your Spot.
While signed in to your account, click on the Edit Login icon located on the left-hand side of your Spot. Here, you'll be able to make changes to:
Be sure to click Update, at the bottom of the screen, once you're done.
If you forgot your password and cannot log in to you Spot, click on the Log In link, located on the upper left corner of the Whole Latte Love header. Once the Log In Screen pops up, select the Forgot Password link and enter your email address in the box provided; we'll get a new password sent to you in no time!
A picture is worth a thousand words. If you're ready select and image to represent you in the Spot, click on the Edit Photo icon while logged in to your account. You'll be able to choose from our Image Library or embed your own photo.
Your avatar will be visible in your MySpot page as well as throughout wholelattelove.com. It will be displayed any time you make a post or comment in our social network.
To embed an image enter or paste the image URL into the box provided. You'll be able to find an image's URL by right clicking the image; a pop-up box will appear, you'll find the URL under Image Properties, Location.
Edit Billing and Shipping
So you like to shop? We can make the experience quick and easy for you. Enter your billing and shipping info into your account and we'll pre-populate your order forms to save you time.
Don't worry; your personal info including: addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, etc. won't ever be visible to other MySpot users. Also, as a matter of company policy, we do not sell, rent, or lease our customer information to third parties.
To your info, click on the Edit Billing and Shipping icon once you're logged into your account. Then, select either the Billing or Shipping link, this will bring up the appropriate form for you to fill or edit. When you're done, simply click Create Address.
Browsing through wholelattelove.com and see an item you love? Add it to your Wish List by clicking on the orange "Wish List" button, located on the right hand side of the image. (Hint: It's right under the green "Add to Cart" button!) Keep in mind you'll have to be logged in to make changes to your Wish List. If you're trying to add an item while logged out, you'll be redirected to the log-in page.
You can also add an item by clicking on located under "Wish List" while logged into the Edit my Spot page. Choose the category, pick the item, click the "Add Machine" button, and you're good to go!
Delete an item by clicking the remove link, located next to the product. You will only be able to remove items from your Wish List while logged into your account.
Share your haul and bond with other coffee lovers over your list. To add an item to your Products I Own list, click "Add new Product," located under the Products I Own section. Choose the category, pick the item, and click the button.

If you make a purchase while logged into your account, the order info will be accessible in the Order History section. This section is private and only available for your reference.
While logged in to the Edit My Spot section, click on the Order History link. This will direct you to a summary page that displays all the orders you've placed on wholelattelove.com. For detailed information, simply click on the specific order you'd like to view. The date the order was placed, billing and shipping addresses, as well as item ordered and total purchase price are all documented for your convenience.
As you're navigating through wholelattelove.com, you'll notice that all of our manufacturers have the following symbol displayed on their brand page:
If you're logged into your account, clicking on this button will allow you to become a fan of the brand/manufacturer. Our manufacturers will announce the latest news, hold contests, and interact with fans through MySpot. Becoming a fan will give you unprecedented access to the biggest names, and most influential brands in the industry.
The brand/manufacturer's logo will also be displayed on you Spot page, under the "I'm A Fan Of" field.
No longer wish to be a fan? Just visit the manufacturer's page and click the Remove Fan button.
Are you ready to make friends, who share your passion for everything coffee? That's what our social network is all about!
Members, with public Spot pages, display a blue username every time they post a comment on the MySpot Social Network. Clicking on the username will allow you to visit the member's Spot page, where you'll see an button, located above the member's Wall. Clicking on this button will allow you to send a Friend Request.
Similar to becoming a Fan of a Manufacturer, once a Friend Request has been approved, your friend's activities including posts and comments will show up under the Friend Activity tab in your Spot.
You can also click on Edit my Spot and catch up with your friend using the Friend Activity icon, located on the left-hand side of your Spot. Your friends' names and avatars will be displayed on you Spot page, under the Friends field.
Your activities and avatar will also appear on your friends' Spot pages.
To remove a friend, simply visit the user's Spot page and click the Remove Friend button.
When you're logged in to your Spot, take a quick look at Friend Requests Icon, located on the left-side of the screen. If there are no pending requests, the icon will display a (0). If you have a friend request waiting, the number of requests pending will be shown. For example, two friend requests will show as (2).
To review your friend requests, click on the Friend Requests icon. Once you do, the screen will show the name and avatar of the person requesting to be your friend. Click Approve or Deny, according to your wishes. Don't worry; if you deny a friend request the user will not be notified.
You also can check out the person's Spot Profile by clicking on the avatar.
If you have approved e-mail notifications, we'll send you an alert whenever you have a new friend request—so that you won't have to worry about leaving a fellow coffee lover hanging.Back To Top

Post on a Brand Wall
In order to post to a Manufacturer's Spot, begin by locating the brand on the left-hand side navigation. Clicking on the manufacturer's name will take you to the brand page. Right under the brand description, you will see a blue tab labeled "The Buzz," this is where you can post a comment on the Brand Wall.
Hint: If you're a fan of the brand, you can click on the brand logo, displayed in your Spot, to be redirected to the brand page.
Post on a Product Page
Want to speak your mind about a specific product? Select a brand from our left-hand navigation, click on the Products tab and all the products associated with the brand will show up. Click on the product image or "More Info" button and you will see "The Buzz" tab appear on the next page, right under the image. Click the Spot tab, and you'll see a comment box appear. A product Spot works the same way a Brand Spot does. Any posts or comments you make to a product Spot will also show up on the Brand Spot...double the exposure and double your fame!
Post on Another User's Wall
To post a person's Wall, click on that user's name or image and you will be taken to the person's Spot. You'll be able to post a comment on the user's Spot and even events, blogs, articles, and videos for select Whole Latte Love staff members.
