Really good stuff. Medium roast, deep flavor, brews
"proper" (20 second shot) in my Gaggia Classic. Reminds me a bit of Sant'Eustachio.

This bean is very smooth. It has a more smoky flavor with chocolate finish. So far my Saeco Giro "likes" the beans since they have a matte finish. The crema is not as obvious as the Lavazza Dek, but it is still very good.
