Hi, I'm looking at a nicer FP for my wife. The cheaper Bodum's have a plastic piece that holds the screen in place. When this gets hot, it expands and slips, frustrating! Does this have all metal pieces for the plunging unit?

The Bodum Eileen does have all metal components on the plunger. The metal spring holds the filter screen tight to the edge of the carafe.
