help nothing happens when i press drip coffee. but the red light turns on. what can i do?

WholeLatteLoveRep1 Hi John, when using this machine to make drip coffee you want to be sure that you have filled the water container and put the desired amount of coffee inside your filter. Once this is done simply select the coffee flavor as directed in the users manual and then pus the 'drip coffee' button. At this point you should see the red indicator light come on and the machine should automatically begin to brew. If it does not you should contact DeLonghi directly. The do all of the technical support for their merchandise. The can be reached at 1-800-322-3848. Let us know how you make out.
