Yes, it is dry enough - however it is not going to be the best tasting Espresso by far. Gran Filtro is made for drip coffee. What kind of coffee do you typically like? I can help and make some suggestions if I know a little about what you would like to drink! There are lots of incredible tasting coffee beans that will make a great espresso, and still be safe for your machine.
