Hi! What is the steam power like on the Jura Capresso? Is it powerful enough to generate micro foam (manually of course)? The frothed milk in the product photos looks really bubbly and gross! But it could have been done with the optional automatic foamer thing.
Also,how many cups of milk could it (manually) steam consecutively?
Finally, approx how long does it take to steam a jug of milk manually?

TechMilanoItalia Katherine, this machine will make good, tight foam, although we would not call it 'microfoam'. You can steam as many cups in a row as you want. It will generally take between 90 and 120 seconds to get 8oz. of milk from 40 degrees F up to 160 degrees F.
