It's still going strong and we were just commenting on how this machine was the right pick, when I decided to go shop for a spare once our current one would run out.
We bought ours late 06 and we have used it HEAVILY. I mean 5 or 6 full pots a day.

I have a capresso coffeetec - the handle on the carafe is chipped - do you have a replacement part for this
I need to replace the adjusting valve which connects the nozzle to the cup for frothing. Can you help?
Today while I was making a coffee in my wonderful Gaggia super-automatic, a nasty "squealing" noise occurred, which I had never heard before. I turned the machine off, pulled out the brew group, cleaned it and everything else I could see. The noise did more or less go away, though there was still a bit of a remnant. I have performed descaling once, when I was instructed to do so, and I try to clean the brew group every so often.
My Jura Espresso machine says to replace the filter. My husband thinks that the filter is called Claris. However I cannot find it in the parts section. Can you please tell me how to get this water filter?
Whole Latte Love Staff Unfortunately, Capresso is only manufacturing the CoffeeTec in black at this time. Although we do not carry another machine that has a built-in auto-frother, if youre looking for a thermal coffee maker that does come in white, I would recommend taking a look at the Cuisinart Programmable Therm. You can learn more about this mahcine by following the link below.
