Jura-Capresso XS90 One Touch
I bought my first machine from you YEARS ago, and it just won't die (saeco magic deluxe). I am going to upgrade anyway.
What is the difference in the Jura xs90 and s9 one-touch? Is it just capacities or workings/cleaning/frothing/milk options?
I Am not a commercial outfit. 1-2 uses per day. me only. I really need an adjustable spout to accommodate up to 16 ounce cups.
Other machine suggestions I am missing that are as or more height adjustable?

Good question. The xs 90 is really a S9 all souped up. It has basically triple everything - Triple the water tank size, triple bean capacity as well as triple the size of the dredge drawer. I really like the machines but the XS 90 will not fit under most cabinets. The machines with the largest cup clearance as well as the ability to make a stronger 16 ounce coffee are the Jura machines. So I think you are headed in the right direction.

We are looking at this machine to use for local fundraising for out non-profit organization. Need to know 1) how many espresso shots per hour this machine can make and how long does it take for each latte? 2) how long does the tank tank to heat up? 3) is there a video demonstration we can watch?

It is a very good machine and is rated for about 60-70 drinks per day. It is not a machine to be used in a situation where you need a bunch of drinks in a short time. Depending on the size of the cup it will take about a minute to make each drink. I would say more then two or three in a row would be had on the machine.
The machine takes about 2 minutes to warm up.

mjackson ♦ It really is not all that loud, all machines will make noise beacuse of the grinder. It is going to be louder than normal conversation. There really is nothing to do to make it any quieter. I would say it is not any nosier then any other machine.
