Do you have suggestions on how to make a Cafe Americano using the Pixie? I assume one would just brew a single or double shot and add hot water? Any suggestions on measurements? Also, this model does not brew regular coffee, correct (only espresso)?

I've read some reviews that report leakage from the bottom of the machine. Also that the water compartment is difficult to maneuver. Any thoughts on these two reports? Thanks

I have not heard of many reports regarding this but most of the technical calls go directly to Nespresso. So we may not hear everything. But in general I think the machines are very good.
What is the tallest mug height that can fit under the pixie spout?

That is exactly how to do it and you will want to make about 6 - 8 ounces of coffee in order to get a good tasting coffee.It does only brew espresso and it makes a very good one.
