The refurbished machines do not come in on any kind of schedule. With the pre orders, your credit card would not be charged until the machine is actually in our hands. If you wanted to pre order, and then changed your mind, there would be no problems just canceling the order.

Specs says this machine has a 2 year warranty through Jura Capresso- is this accurate?

The new machines carry a one year warranty. The refurbished have a one year warranty through Jura. It still is a good warranty for a refurbished machine.

Daniel Moraldo ♦ The refurbished machines we carry are opened box, returned machines that have been cleaned up, tested and repackaged as they were brand new. Simply put, they are gently used, like- new machines only they are discounted and with shorter warranties. It is really a good way to get a great machine at an excellent value.
