First, the features says 2 boilers, the specs say 1. Did I misunderstand? Also, the specs say 2 year warranty-does that apply to this refurb?how does this machine compare to the Saeco Syntia SS? Thank you. My Vienna deluxe is leaking and pieces of plastic are falling off.

It has rapid steam which is more like a split boiler so you can go quickly between brewing and steaming . It has a six month warranty. The Incanto has a larger water reservoir, but a smaller drip tray. They are very similar machines as far as grinder,brewing and steaming capabilities. They are very similar machines.
