My Saeco Talea touch started dumping rinse water (regular rinse it performs after being turned on) into the used coffee grounds bin instead of out through the coffee spout. Any idea what might be wrong and how to resolve this issue? It's a little over a year old.
I have a month-old Talea Touch Plus. I perform the recommended weekly maintenance. It has worked perfectly up to now. I am now getting a "prime water circuit" message. I have run a full tank through the hat water want, turned off and unplugged, rinsed everything and put it back together. Same message. Help?
The grinder seems to make a grinding noise but does not grind anything? The spindle in the grinder does not spin & when lifted comes off easily. Is the grinder broken? This is a 6mth old machine.

when i try to make a coffee water liks from the cappuccino wand wile coffee is made
any idea how to solve the problem, and how to open the machine without breaking any parts, i unscrew the screw but parts are difficult to remove.

hi, i have the saeco talea touch plus. i read that oily beans are not recommended for this machine. is this true? if so, which would be the best beans (brand, type) to use?
thanks
Sanfam ♦ First and foremost, when was the last time the Brew Unit was removed and rinsed thoroughly? This is the first step I would suggest taking before moving any further forward. Additionally, I would advise "fiddling" with the SBS Valve located on the dispensing spout, moving it back and forth between its stops a few times during the initial rinse cycle. If there is any debris or "goop" in the valve, this will help dislodge it. If the problem persists, it could be a sign that something else is happening. From there, repair may be your next best option.
