Melissa Gustafson Our machine has been leaking from the group head, so we have been trying to get the group valve cleaned. We have not been able to remove it, though! It is so tight that we haven't been able to loosen it, and we are afraid of breaking it. We don't have the Gaggia descaler pictured here; we just have Cleancaf and we soaked the group valve with it for quite a while, but the screw still wouldn't budge. Any ideas? It's been way too long since I've been able to make my espresso...
