Angelo Palmieri Morgan, this is a great option and I believe my wife will appreciate it. She uses Soy Milk with her cereals followed by a 'regular' cappuccino with 2% mlk. This recipe is perfect for an additional cappuccino later in the day with less calories and fat. Thank you on behalf of my wife, AP
