Loosely translated, Espresso Vivace means great enthusiasm and excitement about espresso. Vivace is a partnership developed in 1988 by David Schomer and Geneva Sullivan. Vivace has created an espresso preparation method based on precise scientific methodology, but inspired by the beauty in the coffee itself. The goal of the company is to research, develop, and promote caffe espresso as a culinary art.
