Learn how to install a BWT water filter system for plumbed in espresso machines. The BWT Bestmax Premium filter uses patented ion-exchange technology to replace calcium with magnesium to prevent scale while maintaining the mineral level needed for best flavor. The BWT filter system package includes all components required to plumb espresso machines from a 3/8" compression fitting in your home or office. Whole Latte Love's package includes: Braided stainless supply line, adjustable pressure regulator, filter head, BWT Bestmax Premium filter cartridge and flush valve. A flow meter is available separately and is recommended for those treating extra hard water or for those who use in excess of 1,000 liters of water per year.
