What is our Referral Program?
You can earn more Latte Reward points by referring a friend, family member, or anyone you’d like, to shop with Whole Latte Love. By using our Referral Program, you can earn 1,000 Latte Reward points for every person you refer who makes a purchase of $20 or more on our site. Your reward points can then be redeemed for coffee or any other products on your wish list.
How does it work?
Here are step-by-step instructions on how to earn latte reward points through referrals:
1. Generate a referral link by visiting your Latte Rewards dashboard at Whole Latte Love.com. You must be logged in to generate a link. You can access the Latte Rewards Dashboard here.
2. Scroll down until you find “Refer A Friend” and click on “Complete Activity”. After clicking “Complete Activity” a modal will pop up that looks like the below. Select how you would like to share your referral link.
3. Once you send or share the referral link, the referee will then be able to generate a coupon code when clicking your referral link.
4. Your referee now has a $10 discount code that can be used at checkout on an order that is above $20. The code will not work if the cart is below $20. Once your cart is above $20, the referee will be able to apply their discount code as shown below.
5. Once the referee completes their order, you will receive your referral points within 15 days. Rewards will appear as pending on your Latte Rewards Dashboard until it is fully processed.

Here are the answers to some questions you may have about our Referral Program and Latte Rewards Program:
How many Latte Rewards do I get for a purchase?
You can earn up to 2% on every purchase you make, or 2 Latte Reward points per dollar spent.
How long will it take to receive my Referral Points?
You will receive your referral points within 15 days of your referee completing a purchase with Whole Latte Love.
Where can I see my Latte Rewards history/activity?
Toward the bottom of the Latte Rewards page, you can find a section called "Your Rewards Activity." Here you'll see a list of all Latte Rewards transactions, when points were gained or deducted from your account, how many points were added or subtracted, and why, as well as that status of each change in point total.
Keep in mind that only orders made through the website while logged in are tracked here and in your order history. Rewards gained from purchases made over the phone may take some time to appear in your history.
Why are my Latte Rewards points pending?
When Latte Rewards are gained by making a purchase, the points are queued to be added to your account. Latte Rewards are issued 30 days after purchase.
Do Latte Rewards Expire?
Latte Rewards expire after 1 year if not used.
