An impressive coffee that came to Joe Bean through the San Vicente dry mill in Honduras, it is the product of Honduran farmer Benjamin Hernandez. A small farmer, Hernandez benefited from the reach and infrastructure of San Vicente which made such a relationship possible.

Overall, Honduras Benjamin Hernandez is an exceptionally pleasant coffee, with welcoming notes of peach, apple juice, brown sugar, and chocolate chip. Enjoy with all brew methods, but particularly as a cappuccino or latte.
