Gaggia Evolution - Drip, drip, drip...

My Evolution, just over 1 year old, is dripping consistently from the brew group during operation, and for several minutes afterward.  Also, when I activate steam, there is a LOT of steam coming from the brew group, which slowly dissipates when I begin steaming.  This has been going on for a while and I just can't seem to get a handle on it.  I've done a bit of research and found that this seems to be a fairly common issue with the Evo.  Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do?  Is the brew valve faulty or do I need to replace the OPV? HELP!!!

Brian, thank you for your post.  You may actually just need to clean the group valve assembly or descale the machine to get it cleaned and cleared out.  I would suggest contacting our Technical Support team at 1-888-411-5282, option 3.  Technical Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., EST.
