So I'm considering an entry level small commercial/home use machine in the 2-3k category. I noticed the Expobar Brewtus IV-R is recommended for home/commercial applications in the 2k range. While this machine with similar spec's is only recommended for home use. The equivalent Rocket R58 does not have any recommendations so I'm not really sure out of these 3 machines, what makes this machine Home use only and the Expobar Brewtus IV-R for home and commercial use. Do they have different recovery times? any idea how many cups an hour could be made on these machines?

Thank you for the question.  The biggest difference with the Brewtus is the brew boiler being 1.8L.  It is 1 liter bigger then others on the market in that price range.  Another feature with the Brewtus, is how it refills the brew boiler.  It uses a heat exchange system to refill the brew boiler.  This allows the brew boiler to stay at the correct temp with multiple shots pulled from the machine.
